At Autoweb I was hired as a Website Designer, after my manager left the company I was promoted to Art Director and managed a team of four designers. While there I wore many hats with many responsibilities. As a manager it was my job to push team growth in hiring two designers, doing performance reviews and giving pay raises, and making sure we followed the company initiative and meeting regularly with Vice Presidents and managers from other teams.

For design and development I had full responsibility in coding the entire auction section, co-branding with partner sites, working with a print company to go on print checks for the entire company business cards and logo print work. As a team we managed and did work for automotive seminars, the entire autoweb website, print work, and future initiatives. Autoweb is still around, but now has a much smaller existence and presence.
